Robert Balina

Robert Balina is that rare breed of first-passion, first-career real estate agent. Finding his God-given talent in buying, selling, and managing properties, he can’t imagine ever doing anything else. A second-generation agent, Robert’s exposure to the industry began at a young age. Since then, he’s learned from some of the smartest, most experienced top-producing brokers and coaches in the business.

Robert was barely out of high school when he enrolled at Mike Ferry’s Productivity School to learn real estate marketing and sales techniques. After earning his license in 1998 when he was a college sophomore, he wet his feet with door-to-door campaigns and phone prospecting before diving into For Sale by Owner (FSBO) and expired listings. Upon completing his B.S. degree in education in 2000, Robert joined a top-producing brokerage team that was instrumental in starting his own business. After becoming a No. 1 producing agent for an independent broker a few years later, he launched Synergize Realty in 2012 with his existing clientele in tow.

The cosmopolitan Silicon Valley provides Robert with a diverse demographic. JR is a graduate of University of San Francisco where he majored in Economics, and was a fellow of Filipino Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO). He is a 3x Ironman finisher, a scuba instructor, and a private pilot. His two sons keep him on his toes.

She joined Dynamico Space in late 2022 to create a comfortable and complete experience for entrepreneurs to thrive in. She is focused on fostering a one-of-a-kind community at Dynamico, hosting tours, facilitating Business Club meetings, and serving as the first point of contact for current and prospective tenants.

Beyond Dynamico, Dani is also a rising entrepreneur in her own right. In 2020, she launched LightWitchLona, a spiritual services brand to share her gifts with others. Rooted in her rich Filipino heritage and psychology background, Dani delivers thought-provoking messages from the universe to the client through her tarot readings, facilitating a personal and engaging dialogue to understand the cards. Her brand of spirituality is accessible to first-timers and seasoned vets alike because it is built upon empathy, healing, and Filipino tradition. Dani offers her services at events such as Kultura Merkado as well as intimate one-on-one sessions in-person or virtually.

Previously, Dani worked as a Recruiter and Trainer for Welcome Ambassadors for Block by Block’s San Francisco hospitality sector and the Experience and Operations Manager at the Museum of Ice Cream, gaining valuable skills and knowledge that she applies to her current role and entrepreneurship. She earned a BS in Psychology and MS in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California

Previously, Alpha worked as an artist at Disney Interactive creating concepts, illustrations, environment art, and 2D animations. He has also worked at Nexon M and Electronic Arts, with key contributions to Maxis’ insanely popular life-simulation game “The Sims 4”.

Alpha has also worked at Enchroma Inc; an eyewear company specializing in optical aid devices that alleviate red-green colorblindness, and was responsible for visually overhauling Enchroma’s website in creating a more user-friendly and accessible design language.

When not working in the digital space, Alpha is currently studying the art of watchmaking; providing exceptional service in repairing and restoring vintage watches from robust Japanese brands to Swiss-made luxury timepieces.

Inc., and most recently, Genworth Financial.
